Patti Cavazos, the leasing specialist, was informative and knowledgeable in her introduction to The Fusion Fort Worth apartments as she took me around to see the various amenities that are offered. I was very impressed with the renovation of the apartments and I appreciate her patience in answering all the questions that I had about them. She was extremely professional in her presentation and I would recommend any future tenants to her.

Let me tell you, this is not Desert Sands! This something completely different, they made that clear with their actions. The staff is super nice and understanding relating to our standards and tax brackets. I never felt more comfortable in any of the complexes or communities that I’ve lived at. It was one nice lady in particular named Patty that made me feel like I was already at home! I hope everybody is treated the way I was, remarkable!

Mrs. Patty Cavazos was extremely helpful and polite. She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help my brother with his application. Did I mention she was extremely nice? Overall, I am pleased with my experience at Fusion Fort Worth Apartments.

Top Notch property!! The new renovations are beautiful, I love the new color scheme! I can’t wait for the new pickle ball station. Management is great! Elizabeth sent my mom a birthday card on her birthday! This meant so much for her.

I just wanted to thank Patti Cavazos for being so kind and helpful and caring about her tenants. I live in another town and was inquiring about the apartments for my grandson. This first is his first apartment, and she assured me that this place would fit him. she was right. He just loves the place, and I feel very comfortable with him being there. He video the place at night and so quiet and clean and landscaping was beautiful. There was no trash anywhere. Just a great place.
